North Carolina Veterans Park

The first state park in North Carolina dedicated to all veterans—living and deceased—from every branch of the service. The park's design incorporates native flora, a 3,500-square-foot Visitors Center with a chandelier made from service member dog tags, and zones representing courage, honor, service, and sacrifice.
